RHEWUM WA
The optimal classification with RHEWUM vibrating screens
High performance vibrating machine type WA are used for classification of bulk material in the finest to medium grain size range. This screen type is a vibrating screen which employs direct excitation of screen mesh; thus the screen housing only takes a static function. It also preserves the building and/or the steel structure. No dynamic loads are transmitted as they are created by completely vibrating conventional screens and rigid connection to on-and off-going chutework is possible.
Vibration is imparted into the screen cloth by high speed movement of a transversally mounted rocker shaft, located beneath the screen cloth. Therefore the velocity down the screen is determined by the angle of the screen deck. Outside the screen housing rugged electromagnetic drives rock the knocker shafts, conveying the high frequent oscillation directly into the screen mesh. An installed program control unit, which achieves cleaning impulses of up to 50 g, is used for the automatic cleaning of the RHEWUM screen fabrics from Remscheid. The electromagnetic drives create high accelerations on the screening net which are up to 15 g and more. These high accelerations guarantee also a correct screening of adhesive products. The electronic control of the vibrating heads allows infinite control of the vibrator oscillation during operation and therefore a perfect adaption of vibration amplitude to product changement. Each screen deck is individually controlled and divided into inlet and outlet sections.
High frequency vibrating screens
The high frequency vibration of the screen net effects to overcome the adhesive particle forces within the product, to loosen the product bed and to segregate the product mixture by throwing big particles above the finer ones and separating them by comparison with the mesh appertures. The vibrating screens attain unequal high specific screening capacities on the smallest possible space.
The combination of longitudinal tensioning of screen nets and free access affords easy and quick exchange of screen cloths. Maintenance of the outside the screening space arranged drives can be done during operation and due to the number of drives a possible failure of a drive does not necessitate to shut down the plant.
Available with up to 5 screening machine decks, sound insulation, stainless steel design, infinitely variable inclination adjustment and dust-tight case with connection to a dust extraction system (FDA, ATEX).
Standard machine sizes are in the range of 1,4 m² to 26,4 m² per screening deck resp. machine. Additional sizes and special constructions are possible on demand. Relating to these dimensions electrical power range is in between 0,52 kW to 3,9 kW(!)

Precision vibratory sieves that deliver on their promises
Vibratory sieves of type WAU are used in the medium separation range.This screen type is a vibratory sieve which employs direct excitation of screen mesh; thus the screen housing only takes a static function. It also preserves the building and/or the steel structure. No dynamic loads are transmitted as they are created by completely vibrating conventional screens and rigid connection to on-and off-going chutework is possible.

Outside the screen housing rugged out of balance motor drives rock the knocker shafts, conveying the high frequent oscillation directly into the screen mesh. These high accelerations guarantee also a correct screening of adhesive products. Freely programmable cleaning impulses for the sieve cloth reach an acceleration of up to 8 g. During standstill the vibration intensity of the motors can be adjusted and therefore a perfect adaption of vibration amplitude to product changes is possible. Each screen deck can be individually adjusted and perfectly adapted to product demand.

RHEWUM WAF
The powder sieve type WAF is a combination of a direct excitated screen type WA and a linear motion vibrating conveyor and is the perfect solution for sieving powders.
The linear motion is generated by two counter-rotating motors and ensures the transport of the powder. The additional direct excitation of the sieve cloth prevents the screen mesh from being blinded by clogged particles. By this combination of drive and excitation difficult to sieve material which normally cannot be screened on linear motion sieves is classified precisely and at high feed rates.
Available with up to 2 screening machine decks, in tailor-made special designs with infinitely variable inclination adjustment as well as dustproof case and connection to a dust extraction system (FDA, ATEX).
In the range of fine and finest particles much better sieving results are achieved with the powder sieve WAF than with conventional linear vibrating screens
